This class provides practical guidance on adopting a heart-healthy diet that supports individuals living with diabetes, kidney disease, and post-kidney-transplant care, while promoting long-term wellness.
In this workshop, you will learn actionable strategies for making healthy food choices, reading nutrition labels, and preparing nutritious, flavorful meals that support your heart and body. You will gain valuable knowledge and skills that will empower you to take control of your heart health and improve your overall well-being.
