The class covers key topics such as blood sugar monitoring, lifestyle and nutrition considerations, medication options, and risk reduction. Participants will also learn how diabetes education and diabetes care management play a critical role in preventing complications such as heart disease, kidney disease, nerve damage, and vision loss.

Recognizing common diabetes symptoms, including increased thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, blurred vision, and slow wound healing, is essential for early detection and timely treatment. This workshop empowers individuals with practical knowledge, resources, and confidence to take an active role in managing their health.
