Register to Play
You can sign up as an individual golfer or bring a team. Your participation directly supports programs that serve patients and families living with kidney disease.
Spots are limited, and early registration helps us plan a successful event for everyone.

- Registration: 6:00 AM – 6:45 AM
- Shotgun Start: 7:00 AM
- Closing Ceremony: 11:30 AM
- Awards, Prizes, and Auction Immediately Following
Entry Fees
- Individual Player: $200
- Team of Four: $750
- Lunch Only: $50 per person
