Supporting Kidney Health and Youth Scholarships

Join us for a day of golf, community, and purpose at the Kidneys Quest Foundation & Martinez Youth Foundation Charity Golf Tournament. When you participate, you help fund programs that improve kidney disease education, provide resources for patients and families, and create scholarship opportunities for local youth.

How You Can Participate or Donate

There are several ways for you to get involved, whether you want to play, sponsor, or simply give back.

Register to Play

You can sign up as an individual golfer or bring a team. Your participation directly supports programs that serve patients and families living with kidney disease.

Spots are limited, and early registration helps us plan a successful event for everyone.

Schedule

  • Registration: 6:00 AM – 6:45 AM
  • Shotgun Start: 7:00 AM
  • Closing Ceremony: 11:30 AM
  • Awards, Prizes, and Auction Immediately Following

Entry Fees

  • Individual Player: $200
  • Team of Four: $750
  • Lunch Only: $50 per person
