This program supports our mission of promoting kidney health and wellness by ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food options—especially those managing chronic kidney disease (CKD) or related health challenges. \nEvent Details\nEvery Sunday: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM\nLocation: 1058 N. Maclay Ave.\, San Fernando\, CA 91340\nAvailability: While groceries last \nStop by and pick up a bag of fresh produce\, pantry staples\, and healthy essentials. Our volunteers are here to serve the community with care and compassion. \nWhy Nutrition Matters for Kidney Health\nEating balanced meals rich in fresh fruits\, vegetables\, and low-sodium foods can help prevent or manage chronic kidney disease.
